Based on experience, we suggest securing approximately half the number of phone lines Ricochet typically recommends, depending on the number of users, for optimal efficiency.
Team Selection and Replacement:

If a telemarketer doesn’t meet expectations, we kindly request that you work with them for two weeks to assess their performance before making a final decision. If replacement is necessary, please notify us, and we will have a suitable substitute in place within one week.
